ARE×A’s sustainable food systems work featured on Doggerel

Arup’s Sarah Wesseler, writer for Doggerel, spoke with ARExA principal and creative director Darrick Borowski about the role of architects and designers in scientific inquiry and research. They discuss the current ecological imperative and how designers must engage in this process and contribute to advancing knowledge in domains typically considered exclusive to scientists.  ARExA’s work in sustainable food systems is featured, including GreenLab, Troy Mills and KEAP as well as ongoing work into Edible Infrastructures .
