Rik Ekstrom to participate in the AIA’s ‘Edge Living’ roundtable

ARExA Partner Rik Ekstrom will be joining fellow NYC architects, thinkers and policy makers at the AIA this coming Tuesday night for a roundtable discussion on the future of urban housing:

“Dialogues from the Edge of Practice – Edge Living: Micro Units, Live/Work Environments, and the Future of Urban Dwellings”

Participants will be presenting prevailing themes and findings that arise from the discussion at a forum next week. Also participating, among others, will be Andy Bernheimer, Bernheimer Architecture and Director of the Master of Architecture program at the Parsons School of Design, Mimi Hoang, nArchitects, Jonathan Kirschenfeld, Jonathan Kirschenfeld Architect PC and Institute for Public Architecture, Jeff Shumaker, Chief Urban Designer, NYC Department of City Planning, Sarah Watson, Deputy Director, Citizens Housing & Planning Council, and many more.
